Our fulling cloth made of new wool (mulesingfree) is based on a knitted fabric. This makes the fabric beautifully elastic. The matting of this knitted fabric is achieved by warm water and mechanical treatment. Chemicals are not used for this process. The manufacturer of the fulling fabric works with new technologies that reduce the water and energy consumption to the absolute minimum. By fulling, the raw material can shrink by up to 60%. This makes the fabric more resistant and thus more durable. This treatment of the fabric supports even more good properties of the wool. It becomes even more dirt-repellent, keeps the wind out better and still remains breathable. Due to the air inclusions, Woolwalk is comfortable to wear in a wide range of temperatures. Woolwalk can absorb up to 1/3 of its weight in moisture without feeling wet, and water droplets roll off. However, the clothing is not waterproof. We recommend the use of an umbrella in rainy weather.

We have used organic cotton poplin for the lining of the clothing from a German supplier. Poplin is a durable, pleasantly soft fabric.

The zippers were made in Germany and are subject to the seal Öko-Tex Standard 100.

The buttons come from the horn of the water buffalo. The supplier is located in Germany. The push buttons, on the other hand, are made of brass and are a German branded product.

The yarn is subject to the seal Öko-Tex Standard 100 and is made of polyester by a German manufacturer. It was chosen because it has a high tensile strength, so it is durable.
