Return shipment

We offer a free return service. Please use the enclosed return label for the shipment. If you do not use our return label, the costs for the return shipment cannot be covered. Please use the shipping company we have contracted to ship your package and enclose the return bill that is included with every package sent. Please also note our cancellation policy in the AGBs §8.
